Tulsi Overseas Non-Woven Felt

Automotive Felt

Recycled non-woven felt for automotive NVH insulation — dash insulators, door-trim backings and floor insulation, supplied as rolls or die-cut parts.

Built for what NVH engineering demands

Automotive felt is tuned for NVH — noise, vibration and harshness control and thermal insulation, engineered to whatever density your acoustic target calls for. (For where each density actually gets used inside a vehicle, see felt for automotive interiors.)

Rolls, or the finished part

Most of our automotive customers don’t want a roll — they want a part. So we supply this felt two ways: as rolls and sheets for converters and Tier-2/Tier-3 component manufacturers who finish it themselves, or as die-cut or moulded components already cut to your part profile.

Consistent, repeatable performance

Because acoustic performance depends on density, we hold GSM and density consistent batch to batch so parts perform consistently, batch to batch. Share your drawing or sample and target specification.

Frequently asked questions

Can you supply die-cut automotive felt parts?
Yes. Beyond rolls and sheets, we supply felt die-cut or moulded to your component profile — for example dash insulators, door-trim backings and floor insulation panels — to OEM specification.
What makes felt good for automotive insulation?
Needle-punched non-woven felt has a dense, fibrous structure that absorbs sound and vibration (NVH) and resists heat, making it ideal for insulating the cabin, firewall, doors and floor of a vehicle.
Is automotive felt available in different densities?
Yes. We engineer the GSM and density to the acoustic and thermal performance your component requires, and keep it consistent batch to batch.
