TULSI OVERSEAS Non-Woven Felt

Quality & Certifications

Quality built into the process, not inspected in after

We control every stage of manufacturing in-house, which is what makes it possible to hold GSM and density consistent — batch after batch, order after order.

What breaks when quality isn't controlled at the source

Most quality problems in bulk felt orders don't show up in the first shipment — they show up in the fifth, when a subcontracted stage quietly drifts on density or GSM and nobody catches it until the parts don't fit. We don't have that failure mode, because there's no subcontracted stage to drift: every stage that affects GSM, density and dimensional stability runs on our own line, that we can actually audit.

That's what lets us commit to a specification and hold it: the sample you approve is built on the same line, with the same process, as the bulk order that follows.

How we control quality

No chemical binders

Fibres are bonded mechanically by needle punching, then heat-set above 250°C. Nothing to off-gas, nothing to vary batch to batch.

Sample first, always

Every bulk order starts with a sample built on the exact line your order will run on — not a lab prototype that the factory floor can't reproduce.

Traceable fibre sourcing

Recycled fibre is sorted and graded before it enters the line, so what goes into your felt is known, not guesswork.

Registration & compliance

Tulsi Overseas operates as a registered manufacturer and exporter. Product-specific certifications (ISO, Oeko-Tex, REACH, etc.) can be discussed and documented on request — tell us which standards your buyer or market requires.

Frequently asked questions

How do you keep quality consistent across large orders?
We control the entire manufacturing line in-house — from fibre blending through needle punching and thermal bonding — and hold GSM and density to your specification on every batch, so large orders don't drift from the approved sample.
Do you use chemical binders in your felt?
No. Our felt is bonded mechanically through needle punching and then heat-set in an oven above 250°C — no chemical adhesives are used.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Share your specification — material, GSM, thickness, density and application — and we can provide a sample matching your target before you commit to a bulk order.
Are you GST registered?
Yes. Our GSTIN is 06AAUFT6517D1ZX, and we operate as a registered manufacturer and exporter from Panipat, Haryana, India.
