Tulsi Overseas ("Tulsi Overseas", "we", "us", "our") operates the website at https://tulsioverseas.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the Site, why we collect it, and the choices and rights you have. It is written to meet India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), and because we work with buyers outside India, it also reflects the principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") where relevant.

1. What personal data we collect

We collect personal data only when you choose to give it to us — there is no tracking, profiling or passive data collection on this Site (see Section 6). The only place we collect personal data is the "Request a Quote" enquiry form, where we ask for:

• Your name
• Company name (optional)
• Email address
• Phone / WhatsApp number (optional)
• Country (optional)
• The product you're enquiring about (optional)
• Your message / requirement

Name, email and message are required to submit an enquiry; the remaining fields are optional and help us respond with an accurate quote.

2. Why we collect it and our lawful basis

We collect this data for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if it proceeds, to quote and fulfil an order. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you voluntarily submit the form, and — once a business relationship begins — our legitimate interest in communicating about that relationship. We do not use your data for advertising, do not build marketing profiles from it, and do not sell or rent it to anyone.

3. How your enquiry is handled and stored

When you submit the form, your details are sent by email to our sales inbox (info@tulsioverseas.com) so a member of our team can reply. We use Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure to run the Site and deliver this email. We do not currently maintain a separate customer database — your enquiry exists as the email itself, retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond to and, where relevant, fulfil your enquiry, and then in line with our normal business record-keeping.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We share it only with the infrastructure providers that technically deliver our email (Microsoft Azure / Azure Communication Services), acting strictly as data processors on our instructions, and where required by law (for example, in response to a valid legal request from an Indian authority).

5. International data transfers

Because we use global cloud infrastructure, your data may be processed on servers outside India. Where that happens, we rely on our provider's standard contractual and security safeguards. If you are located in the EU/EEA, this may constitute an international transfer under GDPR; we take reasonable steps to ensure an equivalent level of protection.

6. Cookies and tracking

This Site does not use cookies, analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics), advertising pixels, or any other third-party tracking technology. We do not build a profile of your browsing behaviour. The only outbound links on the Site are to WhatsApp (if you choose to message us there) — nothing loads automatically from a third party in the background.

7. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act (and GDPR, where it applies to you), you have the right to:

• Ask us what personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Ask us to erase your data, where we have no legal or legitimate business reason to keep it
• Withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect enquiries already handled)
• Lodge a complaint with the Indian Data Protection Board, or (for EU/EEA residents) your local supervisory authority

9. Children's data

This Site is a B2B manufacturing site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
