These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of https://tulsioverseas.com (the "Site"), operated by Tulsi Overseas ("Tulsi Overseas", "we", "us", "our"), a manufacturer of recycled non-woven needle-punch felt based in Panipat, Haryana, India. By browsing the Site or submitting an enquiry through it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. What this Site is for

This Site is a marketing and enquiry channel for our manufacturing business. It describes our products, process and capabilities, and lets you submit a requirement through the "Request a Quote" form. It is not an e-commerce store — nothing on the Site can be purchased directly through it.

2. Enquiries are not orders

Submitting the quote form, calling, emailing or messaging us on WhatsApp is an enquiry, not a binding order. No contract exists between you and Tulsi Overseas until we've agreed specification, quantity, price, lead time and payment terms in writing (typically by email or a formal quotation/purchase order) and both sides have confirmed it. Prices, specifications and lead times mentioned on the Site are indicative and made-to-order — they are not a standing offer.

3. Product information

We describe our felt products, processes and typical applications as accurately as we can, but because felt is manufactured to order against your specification (GSM, width, thickness, density, colour), exact properties are confirmed at the quotation stage for your specific order — not guaranteed by the general descriptions on this Site. Photos illustrate our products and factory but individual batches can vary in texture and colour, which is normal for a recycled-fibre material.

4. Intellectual property

The text, photographs, videos, logo and design of this Site belong to Tulsi Overseas (or are used under licence) and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages of this Site for your own evaluation of us as a supplier, but you may not copy, republish or use our content, photos or brand assets for your own commercial purposes without our written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site or the quote form for any unlawful purpose, or to submit false, spam or fraudulent enquiries
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its infrastructure, or any account or system connected to it
